Please read these terms before placing an order.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Wilcox Enterprise Ltd, trading as Plywood Warehouse ("we", "us"). Our yard is at Unit 1 Kingley Park, Kings Langley WD4 8GW. You can reach us on 0333 038 3350 or sales@plywoodwarehouse.co.uk.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or mispriced) and will refund you in full if we do.

3. Prices & VAT

Prices are shown in pounds sterling excluding VAT; VAT at the prevailing UK rate is added at checkout and shown before you pay. We try to keep prices and stock accurate but errors can occur; if we spot a genuine pricing error we'll contact you before dispatch.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details. Your order is dispatched or made ready once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery & collection

Delivery options, areas and costs are set out on our delivery & collection page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

6. Returns

Your cancellation and refund rights, and the position on cut-to-size items, are set out in our returns & refunds policy.

7. Product information

Timber and plywood are natural products; colour, grain and minor size tolerances may vary. Photographs are illustrative. Specifications and grades are given in good faith — if a particular standard is critical to your job, please confirm with us before ordering.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise our liability for a product is limited to the price paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
