Your right to cancel

If you're a consumer buying online, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order within 14 daysof receiving the goods, for any reason. Let us know within that period and return the items in an unused, resalable condition. We'll refund the price of the goods within 14 days of receiving them back (or proof they've been sent).

Cut-to-size & bespoke items

Plywood that has been cut to your specificationis made to order and is excluded from the standard right to cancel, unless it's faulty or not as described. Please check your cutting list carefully before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.

Damaged or faulty goods

Please check your order on delivery or collection. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hourswith your order number and a photo where possible. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund including any delivery cost, at no charge to you.

How to arrange a return

Email sales@plywoodwarehouse.co.uk or call 0333 038 3350 with your order number.
We'll confirm how to return the goods to the yard, or arrange collection for faulty items.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Return delivery costs for a change-of-mind cancellation are the customer's responsibility unless the goods are faulty. Uncollected/undelivered orders can be refunded in full before dispatch.
