What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number and delivery address when you place an order.
• Order details and history.
• Payment is handled by Stripe — we receive confirmation of payment but not your full card number.
• Basic technical data (e.g. your browser) needed to run the site.

Why we use it

• To process and deliver your order and provide customer service.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.
• To contact you about your order.

Who we share it with

We only share data with the providers that run the shop: Stripe (payments), Supabase (order database) and Vercel(website hosting). We don't sell your data. If you view products from Google Shopping, Google's own privacy terms apply to that visit.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet accounting and legal requirements (typically six years for tax).

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it where we no longer need it. Email sales@plywoodwarehouse.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
