OSB3 Structural Board

OSB3 structural board for load-bearing use in humid conditions, used for flooring, flat and pitched roofing, timber-frame sheathing and site hoarding. Made to EN 300, OSB3 is rated for structural use in humid environments, so it holds up where OSB2 wouldn't. The oriented strands give it good strength across the sheet, and it takes screws, nails and adhesives well. Sheets are 2440 x 1220mm, available in 9mm, 11mm and 18mm. The 18mm is the usual choice for domestic flooring on joists, while the thinner boards suit roofing and wall sheathing. A solid, cost-effective board for most structural jobs on site.
