Flexible Plywood (Cross Grain)

Flexible plywood, also known as bendy ply, is used for creating curves in furniture, shopfitting, columns, counters and curved partitions. This is a cross-grain panel, meaning the grain runs across the sheet so it bends along the short edge, short edge to short edge. That gives you a tight, controlled radius without kerfing or steaming. It shapes easily over a former and can be doubled up and glued to lock a curve in place once you're happy with it. Popular with joiners and shopfitters across Herts and London. Sheet size 2440 x 1220mm, available in 5mm and 8mm to suit tighter or gentler curves.
